Trefler's Ceramic Restoration in Progress

Laura Sheehan

Porcelain, Ceramic, Glass, Frame Restorer & Color Expert

Laura has been with Trefler’s for over 16 years. She graduated Cum Laude from New England School of Art and Design, where her main concentration was in oil painting and the in-depth study of color. Her phenomenal color-matching skills are evident in her ability to make porcelain repairs virtually disappear. She also studied frame restoration and gilding with Nancy Dick-Atkinson at the Eliot School in Jamaica Plain, and can expertly camouflage damage to any kind of frame. Laura enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure the result is exactly what you are looking for. Laura is also a talented artist, and some of her oil paintings grace the walls of Trefler’s studio. Come in and take a look!
